Den kommer også med «The Cowboy Grill», som er et stort fyringskammer som fyres med ved. Gjør fyringskammeret om til åpen grill hvor du kan frese maten direkte over glørne på høy temperatur.

ABOUT THE 1957
Introducing a compact, yet powerful offset smoker we call the “1957.” Featuring one of the thickest walls in the industry at nearly 3/8” (.344"), the 1957 also boasts a significant amount of cooking space with two grates totalling 36” x 19.”
As proven successful for our sister company Primitive Pits, the 1957 is designed using computational fluid dynamics to ensure this unit burns extremely even. The 1957 comes stock with a fold-down smoke stack, two thermometers, and probe port for six wires to monitor your BBQ temperatures.
The Cowboy Grill is an economical, optional feature which allows you to use your firebox as a direct heat source - because we all know cooking steaks over wood takes your cookout to a whole new level. Additionally, if you would like to add a top pull-out rack for nearly twice the cooking space, it is available as an add-on as well, and comes with one additional thermometer.
The wagon package is a great addition to the backyard, as it allows you to pull your smoker over grass, gravel, etc. The wagon package can be added to any of our smoker models. The width of the wagon (across both tires) on the 1957 is 37”. Please note, we are not able to add the side cart option to the wagon build.
For exterior finish, we pioneered the extremley popular, RAW linseed oil coating. With a few light maintence applications annually, you can keep your smoker looking brand new for decades.
